No! You will have full control over your quotes and delivery. Once selected for a
translation job, Wordzone will pay you your price!
Explain
how I can be held responsible for meeting delivery dates without being consulted.
Wordzone has developed a Real-Time Translation Management System that allows you to
conveniently manage your pricing and delivery. This allows you to be interactively
involved in promoting your services in real-time. Delivery dates that are given to clients
are only provided after checking the dates against your schedule of availability. You are
only held responsible for delivery according to the schedule you provide. It is important
that you keep your schedule updated on a daily basis. You will be reminded to update your
schedule every few weeks. Delivery will be determined by comparing the number of words you
can manage a day to your Schedule of Availability.
What
actions are required to keep my professional information current and available to clients?
You will be required to update your information every six weeks. It is also mandatory that
you keep your Calendar of Availability current, as you are responsible for all jobs given
to you as a result of this information. You have 24/7 access to this information, so it
can be changed at any time.
Explain your
Policy of Zero Tolerance.
Wordzone strictly adheres to its Policy of Zero Tolerance. We will not work with any
language professional or agency that provides poor quality work, does not follow
Wordzones Terms of Service and/or Wordzones Code of Professional Conduct.
Depending on the level of abuse, Wordzone retains the right to ban any entity from our
Management System. In extreme cases, Wordzone can and will hold a defaulting party liable
for damages.
What currency should I
quote in?
All quotes should be submitted in US Dollars.
How will I be paid
for translations?
You will be paid 30 days from invoice, in US Dollars. You will select a payment method
when translations are returned.
What
happens after registering with Wordzone?
After registering you will have 24/7 access to your registration data. You will be
responsible for keeping this information current. You remain responsible for prices and
delivery indicated. You will be required to update your calendar every six weeks. When
clients choose your quote/delivery, the document will be sent to you with instructions.
Upon completion of a translation, you will go to an address indicated in the instructions
to return the document. At this time, you will be prompted to submit an online invoice to
Wordzone. 30 days after receipt of invoice/job, Wordzone will issue payment to you in US
Dollars.
Are
interpretation quotes also given in real-time?
No. Wordzone puts clients and interpreters together, but does not provide Interpretation
quotes.
